Survey Folder

    Upon account creation, the system generates a default folder named My Surveys. When accessing the Survey Management page, all surveys within the My Surveys folder are displayed.

    Survey Folders are linked to user accounts. For users who are part of a Team, it's important to distinguish whether the current operation is on a personal account folder or a team account folder.

    Switching Survey Folders

    Click the Survey Folder dropdown to display all folders in the user's account. Select a folder name to switch the Survey Folder. The page will then display all surveys within the selected folder.

    Adding a New Folder

    Click the Survey Folder dropdown and select Add New Folder at the bottom. Enter a folder name to create a new folder in the current user account.

    Renaming a Folder

    Click the Folder Actions icon to the right of the Survey Folder dropdown, then select Rename Folder and enter a new name in the dialog box.

    Deleting a Folder

    Click the Folder Actions icon to the right of the Survey Folder dropdown, then select Delete to remove the current folder.
