Survey Folder

Upon account creation, the system generates a default folder named My Surveys
. When accessing the Survey Management
page, all surveys within the My Surveys
folder are displayed.

Survey Folders
are linked to user accounts. For users who are part of a Team
, it's important to distinguish whether the current operation is on a personal account folder or a team account folder.
Switching Survey Folders
Click the Survey Folder
dropdown to display all folders in the user's account. Select a folder name to switch the Survey Folder
. The page will then display all surveys within the selected folder.
Adding a New Folder
Click the Survey Folder
dropdown and select Add New Folder
at the bottom. Enter a folder name to create a new folder in the current user account.
Renaming a Folder
Click the Folder Actions
icon to the right of the Survey Folder
dropdown, then select Rename Folder
and enter a new name in the dialog box.
Deleting a Folder
Click the Folder Actions
icon to the right of the Survey Folder
dropdown, then select Delete
to remove the current folder.
