The Media Library manages media assets in your current survey. Click to slide out the Media Library panel, which contains both Image Library and Video Library sections.

    Image Library

Stores all image assets used in your survey.

    Video Library

Stores all video assets used in your survey. Video thumbnails automatically use the first frame of the video.

Videos can be previewed in the details panel after upload.

    Uploading Media

Click the Upload button at the bottom to upload media files. Once uploaded, media assets will appear in the list.

    Viewing Media Information

Select a media asset in the Media Library to display its Details panel below.

Media assets can be referenced in both Nodes and Variables. Referenced media assets display a triangle marker in the top-right corner. If the triangle is semi-transparent, it indicates that while the media is referenced, the nodes or variables using it are not actively used in the survey.

Hover over the triangle marker to see a list of nodes referencing that media. Click any node in the list to quickly locate and center it on the canvas.

    Deleting Media

In the Details panel, click the delete icon next to the media asset name to remove it.

    Locating Media

In the Details panel, click the locate icon next to the media asset name to quickly find it in the media asset list.

    Replacing Media

Select a media asset in the Media Library to change the Upload button to a Replace button. Click Replace and choose a new media file to automatically replace the current media file. All instances where this media asset is used in the survey will be automatically updated.

The system offers 3 media asset layout options:

    • Grid
    • List
    • Compact List

Media assets can also be sorted in different ways:

    • Newest First
    • Oldest First
    • A to Z
    • Z to A
