Check your subscription plan and expiration date under "My Account - Billing Details" for individual plans, and "Team Settings - Billing Details" for team plans.
Q:Can data packages be purchased by quantity?
Yes, data packages are sold in bundles based on different completion volumes. You can purchase according to your needs, but not in smaller fragments.
Q:Rules for purchasing additional offline APP licenses and team collaboration seats
When purchasing an offline APP license, the system will align it with the remaining time of your current plan. For example, if your plan expires on December 1st and you purchase a license on July 1st, the system will calculate the fee for the remaining 5 months to avoid discrepancies in renewal periods. The same rules apply to team collaboration seats.
Q:Renewal rules for offline APP licenses and team collaboration seats
Renewal is based on the actual purchases from the previous year. If resources are released or modified before renewal, it will follow the new strategy. Note that renewal settings cannot reduce the number of resources below what is currently used.
Q:Is there a better price for purchasing more data traffic?
Currently, tiered pricing is not supported. Please provide your contact information, and our representatives will reach out to you promptly.
Q:What is the difference between the Free and Lite plans?
The Free plan does not allow purchasing team collaboration seats or offline APP licenses and does not offer benefits available to paying customers, such as better data traffic prices.
Q:Are there any data traffic bonuses upon plan renewal?
During the first purchase as a paying customer, we offer a 1:1 data traffic bonus. This is a one-time offer, but we provide more favorable renewal prices.
Q:Is the Free plan free forever?
Yes, the Free plan is free forever, but only offers a data package bonus upon initial subscription.
Q:Does data traffic have an expiration date?
No, data traffic is valid indefinitely.
Q:What is data traffic?
Data traffic is used to unlock survey response data, which can be downloaded or used for analysis after unlocking.
